Woll及Epicurean購物價格保證條款及細則
1. 適用範圍
本價格保證適用於在公司指定渠道（包括於官方網站、授權零售商或合作平台）購買Woll及Epicurean品牌產品的客戶。
2. 保證內容
若在購買後的30天內 同一產品在公司認可的零售渠道或合作平台上出現較低價格，客戶可申請價格差額補償。
3. 申請條件
• 申請人需提供購買證明（如發票或收據，需有顯示購買時價格）。
• 申請時須提供該段期間較低價格的證明（如廣告、網站截圖等）。
• 該較低價格需為公開優惠價格，且在有效期內(不適用條件請參考第 6 項）。
• 同一單據只可向同一貨品申請調差價退回一次，不可重覆。
4. 申請流程
• 客戶需於購買日後30天內提交價格保證申請。
• 申請程序包括填寫申請表格並附上相關證明文件。
• 公司收到申請後，將於7 - 14個工作天完成審核。
5. 價格差額補償方式
• 若申請符合條件，公司將以原購買價格與較低公開價格的差額進行補償。
• 差額補償將以 提供我愛廚房購物金於我愛廚房專門店或網站使用。
• 差額補償方式以購物金傳內我愛廚房會員賬戶，未能兌換現金或改由現金補償。
• 差額補償購物金有效期為 發出日的90日內。
6. 不適用於差價保證情況
• 清貨商品或陳列貨品不在價格保證範圍內亦不適用於差價比較。
• 套裝優惠 / 贈品不適用於差價比較。
• 於不同渠道提供之換購優惠未能作出對等價格比較。
• 銷售場地提供之額外折扣優惠(包括銷售點提供之會員優惠、信用卡折扣), 未能計算於差價之內。
• 非公司認可渠道購買的產品（如二手店或二手網、私人交易、非本地購買及水貨）不在保證範圍內。
• 因供應商或經銷商政策所引起的價格調整不在本保證範圍。
7. 金國國際有限公司 /我愛廚房有限公司保留最終決定權及修改條款的權利而未能作另行通知。
Woll and Epicurean Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Application
This price guarantee applies to customers purchasing Woll and Epicurean brand products through Go On Global's authorized channels (including the official websites, authorized retailers, or partner platforms).
Guarantee Content
If, within 30 days after purchase, the same product appears at a lower price in a Go On Global's authorized retail channel or partner platform, the customer can apply for a price difference compensation.
Application Conditions
• The applicant must provide proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt showing the purchase price).
• While application, the applicant must provide evidence of the lower price within the one-month period (such as an advertisement, website screenshot, etc.).
• The lower price must be a publicly available promotional price and within 1-month after your purchase date (refer to section f for inapplicable conditions).
• The same receipt can only be used to claim a price guarantee once for the same product; multiple claims are not allowed.
Application Process
• Customers must submit their price guarantee application within 30 days after the purchase date.
• The application process includes filling out an application form and attaching relevant supporting documents.
• Upon receiving the application, the company will complete the review within 7-14 business days.
Method of Price Difference Compensation
• If the application meets the conditions, the company will compensate the difference between the original purchase price and the lower public price.
• The difference will be provided as "I Love Kitchen Shopping Credits" for use at "I Love Kitchen" specialty stores or on their website.
• Compensation will be credited to the "I Love Kitchen" member account and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.
• The shopping credits are valid for 90 days from the date issued.
Situations Not Applicable to Price Guarantee
• Clearance items or display stock are not covered by the price guarantee and not eligible for price comparison.
• Package deals or free gifts are not eligible for price comparison.
• Redemption offers provided through different channels cannot be compared for price differences.
• Additional discounts offered at the sale location (including member discounts, credit card discounts) are not included in the price difference calculation.
• Products purchased from non-company-approved channels (such as second-hand stores, second-hand online platforms, private transactions, non-local purchases, or grey market goods) are not covered.
• Price adjustments due to supplier or distributor policies are not covered by this guarantee.
Go On Global International Limited / I Love Kitchen Limited reserve the right to make the final decision and to modify the terms without prior notice.
